i am installing crm 5.0.0
and get this error when asked to instal the bundled database
(i also selected run as service )

you need at least windows installer MSI version 3.1
i have xp pro service pack 2 installed
i donloaded installer 3.1 but get the message
service pack installed is newer then the update you are installing no need to instal
