Error message Calendar.php

I get this message whenever I click the HOME link. Also it popped up when SugarSuite asked for me to choose the correct time zone. I'm not experienced in PHP (I have experience in some perl so some of it makes sense). If somebody has gotten this message and knows what it means please tell me. Thanks for any help and sorry if the is the wrong place to post.

I no longer have the problem. I was using the 4.2.1b version and I just installed 4.5.1b in a different directory and told it to overwrite the tables (all I had to lose was one practice entry) and I logged in with no problems.....so far. Gonna try it for a few days but I think this is what I've been looking for.
