Default Error message when Sending email

When attempting to email user are experiencing and error message from Sugar that is not descriptive enough to help determine the cause of the problem. The error message received by the user when sending is:bean not found by id: followed by a 30Char identifier (example 2bafa80b-fe5e-3d16-b0d6-44caa202da16 ). At first glance I thought this was related to the body of the email, however further testing seems to point to the address of the recipient - i.e. a generic message to this address causes the same error while the body of the email sent to another address works fine.

    Ver SugarCRM Pro 4.2.1d

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I recall seeing another thread relating to problems when e-mailing to addresses with an underscore symbol. I am not sure if that same issue would generate this error too, but it may be worth a look.

I do not believe this is the problem that we are seeing here.
The sender email addresses are formatted the same (with nothing but alpha characters - ex tsmith@companya.com and sjones@companya.com) . The recipient email address is the same address in both circumstances with all alpha characters : john@companyb.com.

tsmith@companya.com can send to john@companyb.com while sjones@companya.com can not.
