Default "Error on page" when options on logon page are displayed

    Hello community

I use SugarCRM 4.5.1 whith an additional language pack. If a user wants to display the options on the sugar logon-page, it Internet Explorer shows on the status bar, "error on page":

    Line: 187
    Char: 2
Error: 'document.options' is null or not an object
    Code: 0
    URL: http://crm/sugarcrm/index.php?action=Login&module=Users
How can I resolve this error?

    Thanks,
    Miguel

    edit the file modules/Users/Login.php
    replace document.options to document.getElementById
