5.1.0 RC is not a robust and stable version of SugarCRM, I suggest you to upgrade to 5.1.0c version and try it again.
Anyway, did you install any patch, package or customize by hand anything?
This error can be generated by several reasons, one of them is a missed relationship regarding the Convert Lead process.
