Error Query join_assigned_user_name.user_name

Hi to all,
I'm trying to export a search in a custom modules in 5.5.2CE, but I receive this error from mysql:

MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'join_assigned_user_name.user_name' in 'where clause'

where clause is:

where ((join_assigned_user_name.user_name like 'trem12%' ) AND ( gsite_gestionesite_main.provincia_site in ('FR','LT','RI','VT')))

anyone has experienced this problem, and solved then?
Any help please... I'm stucked in

Try to repair database

Admin->Repair->Repair Database

thanks for reply. No didn't help, but I've found a similar issue here:

and I resolved adding this code, then Quick Repairing all.
