Error: Query limit of 1000 reached for Mails module

Hi,

I have modified my Emails module. I have given an option "Import to Sugar Automatically". Whenever a user give this option, the mail will be imported and it will assign to the contact automatically. Now this works fine when i import 4 mails at a time. But if i import more than 4 mails, i am getting this error. Can someone tell me what could be the problem?

Version: 5.2oh Community Edition.
Server: IIS 6.0
Database: SQL Server 2005
Platform: Windows.
