    Default Error Reinstalling Apache CE5.2

    Good Morning all

    Lets see if someone can give me a hand here please, I will really appreciate it. I had to reinstall Apache 2.2.14 and PHP 5.2.11. in my Windows XP - MySQL 5 server instance where we have our SugarCRM 5.2 CE.

    First thing we did is moved to a save place our sugarcrm folder within the apache folder htdocs. Then we uninstalled Apache and reinstalled php correctly.

    Second thing was moving back the sugarcrm folder to the new htdocs in the new Apache folder structure.

    Other applications we have runnig in Apache and PHP work fine with this way we proceeded, however for SugarCRM we find this screen no matter we use Firefox or IE6 (Check screenshot)

    I have checked th log files and found this sentence:

    [Fri Dec 18 10:00:55 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/htdocs/favicon.ico
    Dont know exactly what it means, as I said otther applications work normally and dont know what that icon file is. I have attached also the log files

    Please I will appreciate if you can let me know how to get back to our SugarCRM system.

    Hi Angel

    Thanks a lot, never thought was going to be a problem with the PHP version. I have reverted it back to 5.2.9 and now works fine again.
