Error removing Leads from Target Lists

Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem of 4.5.0b?

I get the following error messages when I try to remove Leads, Contacts, etc. from a Prospect List. I get the same message when I try to select a Lead, Contact, Target or User with the 'select' button:

Fatal error: aSubPanel::require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules//subpanels/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/elgrep5/public_html/sugar45/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 67

If I hit the refresh button my browser, the command finishes, the error messages go away, and the item I have selected or removed appears in, or disappears from, the list as it should. It looks like a bug to me, but I have searched the 'Help' forum for any mention of the problem with no results.

I removed a recently-installed module that could have been causing the error. I get the same error with the module uninstalled. I haven't tried to reproduce the error on a clean 4.5.0b instance. Could someone check and let me know.

Anyone have an idea what to do about this?
