error retrieving record

When i create a task or a meeting i get - error.retrieving record. The record may be deleted or ou may not be authorized to view it. but if you go to index again, and back to the contact is has been saved.

please help

using sugar 5 e.

step by step.

create a case on a contact.
workflow creates an task.
go in and close task - error appears. go back to contacts . task closed

same with meetings

nailed it down a little more -
when you create it the first time - you get this error but if u create a secind meeting, the errors are gone.
