Error: Running zucker report Demo

Zucker report 1.8

I installed Zucker Report Demo 1,2. Zucker Report Demo1 is running fine
When I run the Zuckerreport Demo 2 in SugarCRM it shows error. What is the solution for this error..

Zucker Reports demopack 2 includes some Jasper reports. In order to use those you have to have Java SDK installed on your server, check that first.

Also, can you please divide that long line (over 1500 chars) into several as it will break the layout of this forum.

ok thank u for your reply. here after I will follow that.

I had installed the java sdk version then also it shows error. But Now I solve that problem. Previously I connect the port in 3308 in sugarCRM. SO due that it shows some error in data connection I mentioned the port number also in the url.
But now I uninstalled all the package and reinstall from begining now I connect the port in 3306. now its working fine.

I had this problem. FYI, the fix for us (running on a linux debian box) was by changing /etc/mysql/my.cnf, we had:

#bind-address = 127.0.0.1
skip-networking

This is the default security setting that, I believe means mysql doesnt auto bind itself to port 3306 etc

this needing changing to:

bind-address = 127.0.0.1
#skip-networking

It now works for us

Hiii all

i am also getting the same error can any one plss help i am using sugar 4.5.1i on windows xp with zucker reports 1.8 installed
but when i try to upload .jrxml file it gives the commnad line path error

I have the same problem. I have tried every single version of the installation but its not making any diference. I have used all combinations of Apache, IIs, mysql, Mssql and it makes no diference. Could anyone please give me a push in the right direction
