Error in send email with Sugar CRM Process Manager module

i just installed Process Manager module in my sugar 3

I want to send a email when new lead is created in my sugar..
so pls any one tell me how to achieve this with the help of Process Manager ???

i just try all option in process manager but could get any email when lead is created

pls help me
