error with shared array message

hi...I really am very non-technical...so sorry if this is a very basic problem!

I just managed to successfully inport a couple of thousand contacts for the first time when an error message appeared saying something like shared arrays not allowed (I am now out of the building where the sugar is installed so can't remember the exact message) error on line 64php.....is this caused by a fault in importing the data. I had to delete the data a few times (very lengthy process)...so I couldn't believe it when I did the job but am now stuck with the message at the top of contacts!!! Will this go away if i delete again and reimport the data?..or is it a fatal flaw that needs reinstallation? what is a shared array and would it be in the data or in sugar?

Also I tried sending an email campaign but it has only gone to the first recipient.

Can anyone give me some advice?Please help!!!I have been trying to understand this for days
