I am running 4.01 right now and I uploaded the patch to go from 4.01 to 4.2 via the web interface. When i click on the upgrade button I get an option the "check all" which i am assuming needs to be done in order to complete the full upgrade. Once i click commit I get the following error.
Could not copy file cache/upload/upgrades/temp/spihii/SugarSuite-Patch-4.2.0/data/Tracker.php to /var/www/html/sugar/./data/Tracker.php
Is this a know error? Is there a way to work around this?
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
