Error on uploading a file:: can't upload Default.rdp to /cache/upload/

while trying to upload a file I get the following error

ERROR: can't upload Default.rdp to /cache/upload/

I am running windows xp home with apache as webserver, the folder cache has the read only flag turn off

please advice

Make sure "Users" has the Write Permission to the cache folder.
