Hi,

I have installed SugarCRM on version 5.2.0 c, i have used it about a month without a problem. Attaching files and uploading files, importing leads...etc.

Recently i have upgraded to version 5.2.0 e, without any problems the upload of the upgrade file did fine, the process of upgrade too.

But now i cannot upload any file in sugar, i try to import leads and when uploading the file the following appears:
File was not uploaded successfully. It may be that the 'upload_max_filesize' setting in your php.ini file is set to a small number

When i add a note and attach a file to it, the note creates successfully but the attachment wont upload, no error appears.
I enabled the logging at debug level, and when uploading any error appear.

Obviously the problem isnt with the upload_max_file and that parameters, because before the upgrade i have uploaded a lot of csv files, and pdf files, even the upgrade file (about 20 MB).
I looked the permissions of the folders and the apache user, and the user i have running apache (called apache) has full control over the php folder, the apache folder and the sugarCRM folder.

Also when changing the logo image the following appears, even when my file is a png file.

The file format of the image must be JPEG or PNG. Upload a new file with the file extension .jpg or .png
