Error on View Targets->Actions->Add to Target List

Hi all

Clicking on Add to Target List from the Actions drop down list in the View Targets page (after having selected few or many records) and choosing (or creating) a list doesn't work and the browser shows the following error:

May someone help and tell me out to fix this problem?

We just start using Sugar CRM Version 6.0.0 (Build 3905) for production and not being able to dig prospects to build target lists is quite frustrating....
