    Default Error when installing FORUMS

    please help

    i tried to install the forums module and now i have these 3 errors:

    Notice: Undefined index: Forums in /home/virtual/site16/fst/var/www/html/crm/themes/Sugar/footer.php on line 80

    and

    Notice: Undefined index: Forums in /home/virtual/site16/fst/var/www/html/crm/themes/Sugar/header.php on line 554

    anyone know what i need to change or do??

    LAMP running 4.5.1b
