Error when trying to access sugar

I have Sugar CE 6.2 installed and was getting it setup to use for our office. I hadn't logged in for about a week. been busy with other things. Anyway, when I open the site I get:

My server is a shared Linux server with A2 Hosting. Could this be a problem with them? I looked at what line 49 in the mvc_utils file and it appears to be a key of some sort.

Can anyone help steer me in the right direction?

What version of PHP are you using?

5.2.17 I found out that A2 Hosting installed "Strainer" on my server and it was the cause of the problem. They had me make a entry into my .htaccess and it appears to be working now.
