Error when trying to load contacts using a CSV files

Hi

I am using Sugar Community edition Version 5.2.0i (Build 5757) on a shared linux server


I have built a csv file in excel and when I try to up load using the import on the contacts tab, I get this error

WARNING: [2] ini_restore() has been disabled for security reasons on line 143 in file /home/erpsyste/public_html/crm/modules/Import/ImportFile.php

I don't have a resolution yet but your host may have disabled certain PHP functions to protect security, and ini_restore() will be in the list.

What about commenting out #143 of modules/Import/ImportFile.php?

I am trying to use SugarCE-5.2.0k. Trixbox 2.8 server

I got this error "SugarCRM Installation has been Disabled"

it also shows,- "The installer has already been run once. As a safety measure, it has been disabled from running a second time. If you are absolutely sure you want to run it again, please go to your config.php file and locate (or add) a variable called 'installer_locked' and set it to 'false'. The line should look like this:

'installer_locked' => false,"

I don't know where to make this change and how. Can anyone help me in detail.
