Error when viewing subpanels in EditView

Hi,
Sugar Open Source Version 4.2.1b
SugarSuite
Contacts Module
MySQL - 4.1.11
Apache 2.0


I just recreated subpanels in editview based on a earlier post that was answered by Julian. It worked fine. The subpanels are visible. But when i try to save the EditView form, i'm led to the email module and the screen displays Warning: you do not have permission to access this module.
I tried a repair on the database and the error vanished but now i'm being redirected to The listView page instead of DetailView.Please help... What are the changes i need to make.

you need to put your return_module and your return_action in hidden fields.

Thank you. i already had them in the hidden fields. The problem still exists. And i'm being redirected to this link
../sugarcrm/index.php?module=Emails&action=PessimisticLock&use r= where the error msg above is displayed. Also an error is displayed right on the EditView form saying - Undefined index: main_sub in ../sugarcrm/XTemplate/xtpl.php on line 229 ..Please help
