hi, sorry. i am busy using the upgrade wizzard. trying to load the latest patch

so which version are you currently using and to which version are you trying to upgrade to?

If you are installing a patch of 6.0 then you need to first modify the php.ini file and set all the _order variables to "EGPCS".

After that re-start the apache server and then try again...
