I am getting the following error on different requests. Sometimes I refresh and it works and sometimes I get this error.
I have tried setting perms to 755 and even 777 just to see if it would fix anything and I have had no luck.

A php.ini variable could have changed by another user but Sugar does not assist in any diagnoses.

Any idea what might might be going on?
