Hi all,

I just now upgraded our SugarCRM from 3.x to 4.20 and I now have what appears to be errors on the home page for SugarCRM and also when I attempt to load the 4.20a patch I get an error as well. Could anyone assist please?
I've copied the errors on both pages below - I can also supply screenshots as well if that will help.

Server OS: Windows 2003 + IIS 6.0
