Errors all over

There have been some errors with our system for a little while now and I have been asked to try to correct the issues.

We are getting a lot of Notice: Undefined index messages.
I have found they are referring to the following key:
$GLOBALS['sugar_config']['passwordsetting']

I added a print_r() on the page to see if it was off a little with spelling, but the key is not there.

I see where it should be getting set in the include/utils.php, but this does not seem to happen.

I've scowered Google for answers, but found nothing. Hopefully this will get some result.


**Currently this is appearing after I click My Account => Edit, but also occurs after clicking Create new user, Create new group.
