Errors - Email Archive, Mail Merge, Studio

I have recently installed Sugar Professional 5.5.1 (new install). I have used the Outlook and Word Plugins successfully but in the last few days am receiving an error on both. Also having trouble with Studio, it sometimes won't give me access to add fields or edit dropdowns.[IMG]

When I attempt to archive an email I receive the following error dialogue: specified in Tools->Sugar Options cannot be accessed due ot the following error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

When I attempt to do a Mail Merge from an Account I receive the following error: Client found response content type of 'text/html', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with the error message: ..... see image

Desperate for a solution, any ideas welcome.

You should both post these in the pro version forums and report them to sugarcrm via a case
