Errors Importing through phpMyAdmin

I am trying to import data from GoldMine to SugarCRm OS. In doing so, I have been importing records from CSV files through phpMyAdmin. During this process I came across 2 errors; -

1. Duplicate value
2. Invalid field count in CSV input on line x

I can deal with the first one but the second, I haven't got a clue. I just delete that record and everything resumes normally. However I do not want to keep doing this.

What is the error about and how can I fix it?

After tediously importing more than 20,000 records I try to access them through the Suagr interface to validate them. But I always get one of the follwing error messages: -

1. Bad data passed in; Return to Home
2. Error retrieving record. This record may be deleted or you may not be authorized to view it.

Again, how can I fix these errors. I cannot continue without doing so.

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions...basically anything is highly appreciated.

When I only map a single field, I get no errors. I can view the record, edit it, etc.
