    Default Errors Logged - campaign mail

    We are seeing mail stuck in the sugarcrm queue when a campaign is scheduled. The cron job is set to run every hour between 0200 and 0600. I see repeated entries like the following in the sugarcrm.log. We are configured to use a local postfix instance which is configured to allow relay from the sugar box. Strange also is the fact that I can grep the postfix logs and see that mail bound for recipient X is still held in the sugarcrm queue despite the fact that postfix sent it out.

    Can someone point out what the problem may be.

    did you verify that your system outbound email settings are configured properly? Are you able to send out normal emails from the system?

    I have the local sendmail also using the same postfix on another machine as smarthost, and the mail from sugar box goes out just fine through that host. The error seems to indicate a problem with the FROM address, which I don't understand, it's a valid email.
