Errors in mysql? sugar?

can's create/write to file c:\windows\temp\#sql_7ac_0.myd (errcode:17)

this keeps popping up when i work in sugar, i then have to go to the filder and delete the file before i can go on.

You have a permissions problem. The webserver user cannot write to that file. Please fix the permissions of the temp dir and all will be well.

we have given that folder all permissions to everyone.

what user thas mysql use on a win 2003 platform. i think that it uses iis - iwam>?
