    Default Event Sign-up question

    Hi All,

    I am a total newbie to Sugar, and while I am slowlying comming to the power and its usage, I still have not figure out on the invites.

    I made a meeting with a few people and All of them listed as "none" for respones, I log into those accounts and I can't find the option to use to "Accept" the event.

    So my question is 2 parts, How do you actually "sign-up" or "Accept" a meeting, and the 2nd is how do I send a meeting to a target group of users.

    Hi
    Owner of a meeting must send an invitation by clicking "Send Invites" button in the edit view.
    After that all meeting participants should receive email with 'Accept this meeting' and 'Decline this meeting' links.

    Is there anyway to avoid the use of E-mail? I would like to avoid sending large amounts of e-mail.

    Hi.

    I have found one more way for a user to accept the meeting: simply re-save it.
    But I think it's a less convenient way both for meeting owner and participants.
