Excel Import

I'm attempting to import an Excel spreadsheet into the "Leads" section of my SugarCRM. I converted the file into CSV and imported it, getting this message:

Success:
181 Succesfully Imported
0 records skipped because the id's either existed or where longer than 36 characters
65 records skipped because they were missing one or more required fields

What are the "required fields"? How can I get those remaining 65 records imported?

The Name field should be required field, when you import information this field should be make sure contain data
for you case it may be the 65 records for this field it didn't have data inside

Do you mean that in those 65 entries, the "Name" field was blank, so it wouldn't import them?
