Hello, I hope there is an easy way to do this, but we're a bit stuck.
We use SugarCRM acting on Incoming Microsoft Exchange emails to create jobs for the Team and it works fine.
Sometimes we have to go into Microsoft Outlook to look at a message, because viewing, printing or saving attachments in our SugarCRM version 4.5 is really impossible. Again, this works ok.
The problem is when we do Receive on Outlook and we happen to fetch a message that has not been read by SugarCRM...it never goes into SugarCRM, because it's cleared off the Microsoft Exchange server by Outlook....and its really causing us a headache.
We cannot move to SugarCRM 5.0 yet as the whole organisation must move same time and it's not ready.
