I am rolling out SugarCRM community edition 5.2.0j and I have Exchange 2007 as an email server. I have set up a rule where all of the emails from all users are bcc'd to another email account and I use this email account as the one Sugar sucks off of. My issue is about private emails. As soon as an email is sent or received it goes to the Sugar account but what we are concerned with is emails that may be confidential in nature. If you mark it as private in outlook it will never propagate into sugar as the email has already entered Sugar. The biggest issue is that our users are used to Goldmine which has the feature, and I know that this is hard as there is no real integration between exchange and Sugar. Any ideas would be helpful!
