Hey all,
I asked this question a few months ago and got an answer however I just tested it and it still does not work. Anyhow I am trying to install the latest ExchangeSync 4.5.1e (i believe) I changed the manifest.php file to allow all versions of sugar and also allow CE. I am running Sugar CE 5.2.0e currently. When I install it looks like it will but it comes up with the a blank admin page (i.e. nothing in the middle of the page) just the top bar and on the left a create new user button. Aside from that it is completely blank. Has anyone any ideas on how to configure this sync for exchange 2007 and sugar 5.2.0e?

You can use the plugin J-ExSync which works perfectly between Exchange 2007 and SugarCRM 5.x.x : http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/j-exsync/

The plugin synchronize contacts, calls, and meetings to a "public" user in Exchange. You can check the user guide to see if it correspond to your needs.
