Hello to All,

How do I import to a custom field when the Contact is already in the Sugar Database? My contacts are already in Sugar, and I have a .txt with info I'd like to import to Sugar. I don't really want to edit each contact one by one to add the info for the custom field. I have access to the database via phpmyadmin if this is the easier route to go. Take it easy on the n00b....
