Default Expected behavior? When "All Emails" is clicked a user can see/read all users emails

I have a CentOS 5 server with Sugar opnsource installed. I used the combined installer that includes MySQL and PHP with Sugar.

I added two users and set them up to use IMAP to an external server for their inboxes.

Now, when any user (admin or non-priv) goes to the email tab and selects "All Emails" they are able to see and read all emails from every user in the system.

    Is this expected behavior?

I believe it is, but don't ask me why because I don't know.

Yes this is expected behavior. This allows a user to peek thru all the emails. If you go under role management, you can set permissions for who can see what.

Also, a really nice module is TeamsOS.
