Our customers are able to buy support hours from our consultants at a fixed price. Another option for our customwers is to buy a bundle of hours (ie. 100 hours) for a discounted price. We're trying to find a way to incorporate the hour bundle as product and then be able to show the remaining amount of hours on that bundle.

Is it possible to accomodate this in SugarCRM? As far as I can see there's no copy of the 'product' when it's entered in quote, making it impossible to just add a field to the product (since all the products for every customer would show the same remaining hours).

Could anybody show me in the right direction?
