Export contacts to excel not working

Version 4.5.1h (Build 1104)

I want to export contact into excel to be able to print them off. But it doesn't matter how I do this (entire list, selected records) it does not copy all of the contact I want. It is driving me nuts!!

Where are you exporting from? The Contacts ListView or from a Contacts Report? What data is missing?

I am trying to export the contact from the contact list view. When I do this, it is only a few of the contacts that end up on the excel sheet. I have 1000 something contacts I want to transfer, but only a 500 something is getting exported onto the excel sheet. What can I do?

It sounds like your PHP memory limit is set too low and the system is running out of memory when exporting the data. Try bumping up the memory_limit value in your php.ini file.

This is not a memory issue as we have other instances on the same server without any problems.

did you find out how to export all your accounts ?

did you had to go to the .ini files or you found a clicking way through the admin panel ?
