Export from EXTERNALLY hosted system

Greetings I am running V5.2 SugarCRM pro - hosted by SugarCRM. I have created a local copy of the software and would like to export my data from the hosted system to the local system. How can I extract the hosted data? I do not have access to your databases. Is there a way to export data from a Sugar hosted dbase? All of the solutions seem to be for a locally hosted system.
