Export/Import from ACT2000/5.0

We recently installed CE 5.0g version and are looking for a simple way to export data out of ACT 5.0 and import into 5.0g. I've read all of the help files and other suggestions but most look quite old and complicated.

Wondering if anyone has had success with Notes/Activities/History import portion with CE 5.0? We did not track Opportunitues nor did we make any mods to legacy ACT.
