export and import of contacts does not work. Why?

I am a newbie in administering sugarCRM and use community edition 5.5.0

Situation: one DB was divided into two (DB1 and DB2) and I have transfer (copy) an amount of contacts from DB1 to DB2. I followed exactly (how I thought) the instructions in my handbook:

1) mark the contacts in DB1, which should be copied and do "export"
2) clean the file Contacts.csv in Excel (remove colums with 82f7e84e-stuff)
3) save it under Contacts_corr.csv
4) in DB2 go to "contacts" and do "import"
4) see attachment crm_import_1 and "continue"
5) load Contacts_corr.csv and continue.
6) it asks for a field "Nachname" (= family-name, name) in spite of an existing ... first_name;last_name... in the Title-row. (crm_import_2)
7) When I supress this field and do "import now", it merges all the content in the 2 fields "Name" und "Nachname" (name and family-name). (see crm_import_3)

What are I am doing wrong?

The import file has semicolons as field separators rather than commas. Change the import (Datenquelle) from comma separated to "Benutzerdefiniert" and enter comma and double quotes (Gänsefüßchen). Then do the mapping.

Obviously semicolon.

Now it worked. I have moved all the necessary contacts to DB2.
