Export and import everything
I have an installation of SugarCRM installed on my desktop machine with BitNami. It's housing quite a few accounts, events and attachments. I'm wondering what the easiest way to export all of it from the local installation and import it into the hosted installation.
Is it even possible to get all of that stuff out, including attachments?

The process will vary greatly depending on the type of access you have to the destination server.
Do you have access to the file system? Can you connect remotely to the database?
