Export Lead Details

Is there a way to export a leads details, History including notes made?

That would need a reporting tool that accesses the database. Not sure whether Pro can do that, never tried. But you can even write a simple view and query this one with Excel. No big deal.

How would I go about writing that?

What I want to do is when I go to a meeting with a client I can take all the notes about them with me.

Have a look at the history subpanel. There is a button called "view summary" that will give you more or less what you want. There is also a print button inside.
However, if you need more then you need either a reporting package or direct access to the db and a little (?) sql kowledge.

I am using Sugar CRM 6.1 Community Version, I am just searching for Export option for Leads but didn't find that option Under Action. I can see Import Lead but there is not link call export lead.

Please help to find the export option
