Its taking me 20 minutes to export a 3000 record list. I'm running Sugar Community Version 5.2.0 (build 5380) on a Windows Server 2008 v6 Build 6002 SP2 with physical memory of 8,383,488 kb. I changed the php.ini max_execution_time to 0 - and the time out is no longer happening.
