Hi, I've been searching the forum for an answer, the only I found is http://panther.sugarcrm.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=24116 but itīs related to an older version. I'm using CE 5.5.4.

What I'm looking for is a way to add the parent_name field when sales people export their tasks so they can easily download and check their activities without any excel formulas or other methods. Also, is it possible to replace contact_id with contact_name?

The main complaint we get from them is that they don't want to change their old method (a pen and a paper - can you believe they are still using that in the XXI century???) so we are trying to give them a foolproof way of reporting to their bosses.
