Exporting from Custom module

Hi,

I've recently noticed an issue when trying to export from my custom module. The export buttons for the search results in my custom module is missing.
Has anyone experiences anything similar and know's how to fix this? I have also noticed that the custom modules have a different layout on the view page. I have included some screen shots...

(I'm running SugarCRM Pro 6.5.7)


This shows the export on the Accounts module. you click the top tick box it give you the option to select all or just this page. I can then click the other button and choose to export the results. (this is effectively how i want it to work)


This is how my custom module looks. When i click the top tick box the disabled delete button disapears and is replaced with the number of items selected (see image below)


Also following on from this, i can only select the items on this page. If i want to select all records (over 1500) i would have to navigate to each page and click this top box to select them. but then again there isnt an option to export this data that i can see, so doing that is a bit redundant.

You may want to confirm the Roles assigned to that user facing the issue. If problem persists, please mention the version you are using.

As mentioned above, im using sugarcrm pro 6.5.7. I've tried this from both an Admin and user account with the same results.

Something else i've noticed and I'm not sure if it's related, the custom modules i want to export from were created in an earlier version (6.3) and we have since upgraded to this version. As such the custome module is no longer in the module builder, but is available in the studio. We have also added some additional modules since upgrading, and those ones do have the search features that are in the accounts module (effectivly how we want it to look)
