Exporting custom relationships

Hi everyone,
I'm a new SugarCRM user, i have the need to export custom relationships made in Studio between default modules, in order to deploy in the production instance the changes made in test instance.

The button "Export customizations" in Studio exports only custom fields and layouts, but not custom relationships and dropdown lists.

Again, here what i'm trying to do:
1) Create a custom relationship in Studio, between existing default modules
2) Hit Export Customizations and select everything
3) Import the package in a fresh Sugar installation
4) No custom relationships imported! (Yes, i already tried repair & rebuild)

I'm using Sugar CE 6.1.0 (but i experienced the same problem in previous versions)
on Ubuntu 10.04 w/ PHP 5.2.10 and MySQL 5.1

I see the post is getting old but I`m curious to know if you found a solution. I had a similar problem but it was with relationships between custom modules and standard sugar modules. Relationship tables were lost when I published or exported the package and tried to load into a new instance of the community edition. I had versions 6.1.0 for the original build, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 for the load being loaded into. I see you were on 6.1.0 as well and I suspect there is a common problem. I`m thinking of opening a bug if no one has done so already.
