exporting data

Hi I have Version 5.2.0i (Build 5757) community edition

I am trying to export my contacts but when I click on export it only gives me the option to export what is in my lis (20 items)t. I do not get any other option. I should be able to export my whole contact list.

I am the administrator and I have looked everywhere to see if I need to make a change somewhere

can you see a select button near to delete or export button in the list view
click on it.
There you will be able to select your all contacts.

One more thing is there a button like this when you create a target list as I have the same problem only being able to select 20 items at a time once I have selected my criteria

No, you should think of it as push from COntacts and Leads to Target Lists and not pull from Contacts and Leads to Target List. You can select from Target Lists, but it's back to 20 at a time ... too painful!!

How do people use sugar to mass email market?

Is there another option or does everyone just select 20 at a time into the target list

No, you grab Power Prospecting from the SugarForge and it will enable you to mass update Contacts and Leads into the Target Lists.

MUCH, Much better ... and will be available in 5.5 as standard ... only 3 years or so since Mr Milk originally wrote the extension
