I have just created a customer report, in 5.0.0.b, in order to report on SLA response times.

We use the notes fields in the cases modules for response and the description field for the [roblem description. We need to measure the difference between the dates and time the first note is created and the date and time of the creation of the case.

No problem I put the query together, and in order to do the calculation I need to export. I do this and the time disappears from the data! Is there any way to stop this happening?
