exporting & installing modules/customizations in another version of sugarcrm

Hi

I am using sugarcrm 5.2.0f . I have done customizations in some of the existing modules like Accounts,Contacts etc . Also I have created some custom modules. I have another instance of sugarcrm of the version 5.2.0i. I would like to know whether i will be able to export the new modules as well as the customizaions from 5.2.0f to 5.2.0i. Please guide me.

you dont need to export from 5.2.0f and import to 5.2.0i.
you just need to upgrade from 5.2.0f to 5.2.0i.
To upgrade go to admin->Upgrade wizard

go through the user guide to know how to upgrade from the older version to newer one
